First Go to Task Manager (Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to launch task manager)

Go to Performance Tab

Here You will get the whole information of pc RAM

and last, not the least for the manufacturer 

Go the the command panel

or type cmd in run bar

and press the below code

wmic memorychip get devicelocator, manufacturer
